Built for the estimator who has to defend the number
We build for one kind of company: the subcontractor bidding commercial interiors, fit-outs and multi-family, and the concrete and framing under them. Three trades — interior finishes, concrete and wood framing — running the same arithmetic over the same geometry: a surface, its faces, and what goes into it. One tool serves them properly rather than serving each badly. It counts and measures; sizes stay the drawings', the engineer's and the truss supplier's.
Estimating software tends to promise automation it can't fully deliver, and then leaves the estimator holding a number they can't trace back to anything. We built PreConstruct AI around the opposite premise: the software should do the reading and the arithmetic, and the estimator should always be able to see exactly where a number came from before they rely on it.
That's why every AI-extracted value carries a source — a document, a page, a location on the drawing — and why anything the system can't confidently resolve gets flagged instead of guessed. We'd rather show you uncertainty than hide it behind a confident-looking number.
We're building this with direct input from working estimators through a founding member program — the first 50 paying accounts get a locked-in price and a direct line to what ships next. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
