Your estimator wants PreConstruct AI. Here is what you would be paying for.

What it does on your drawings

• It reads the set. The scales on the title blocks, the wall types in the legend, the door and room schedules and the notes, sheet by sheet.
• It suggests the walls, coloured by type. Your estimator checks each one beside the drawing, corrects what is off and draws any it missed. Nothing goes on the takeoff until they approve it.
• Approved walls become materials: studs, track, board, insulation, tape and paint, with the arithmetic beside every quantity and the walls each one came from.
• Priced from your own prices, with your own waste and markup, then a proposal your client opens from a link or as a PDF.

What it costs

A bid is one drawing set of up to 75 sheets. Unused bids do not carry over. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank converts them.

• • Estimator at $250 USD is roughly $357 CAD at the Bank of Canada's rate of 9 October 2026. Paying for a year costs ten months.
• • These are founding prices, for the first 50 paying companies. A founding company keeps the price it joins at for as long as its subscription stays active. Companies after the first 50 pay $350, $700, $1,250 a month.
• • Founding prices are available now.

The risk

• The first bid is free, with no card. Your estimator can run a set you are bidding, or one you already bid and know the answer to, before anyone pays.
• Cancel any time from Settings. The plan runs to the end of the period paid for and is not renewed. Part-months are not refunded.
• Your work stays yours. After cancelling, the account is read-only for 90 days, and Export your data gives every drawing as uploaded, the takeoffs and estimates as Excel or CSV, and the proposals as PDF.

Your drawings

• Never used to train AI models, ours or our providers'.
• Walled off from every other company by the database itself, on every query, and tested whenever the database changes.
• Who can see margin, pay rates and payments is set by role, and is enforced by the database rather than by hiding a button.

What it does not do

• It is not a complete wall count. It suggests walls, it can miss some, and your estimator checks each one and draws what it missed.
• It does not size or design a member. Sizes come from the drawings and the engineer.
• It never fills in a sales tax rate. Your estimator types it on every job.
